The Tenerife Symphony Orchestra will offer four sessions on November 21 and 22, with proposals for children from 3 years old and for babies from 0 to 3 years old
What if you could discover the world without leaving your own ear? Thus begins the adventure of Cochlea, a small snail-shaped character who dreams of knowing everything that happens around him. To help you imagine it, seven string instruments from the Tenerife Symphony will reach you in a proposal that turns live music into an experience to listen to, feel and explore as a family.
The Tenerife Auditorium hosts this meeting with live music designed to be shared from the first years of life. Cochlea's journey, a project designed by Grandes Oyentes together with the Tenerife Symphony, will arrive at the Chamber Hall on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, with two performances each day and sessions adapted to different ages.
The initiative combines live music, shared listening and freedom of movement so that the little ones can approach the concert in their own way. The proposal is based on an idea: to recognize early childhood as an audience from the present and offer them a space to listen to and experiment with sounds in the company of their family.
Four functions for different ages
The program begins on Saturday, November 21 with two sessions, at 10:30 and 12:30, open to families and recommended for boys and girls ages 3 and up.
On Sunday the 22nd it will be the turn of babies from 0 to 3 years old, with performances at 10:30 and 12:30 p.m. In these specific sessions, each baby may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults.
Tickets for Saturday's performances can be purchased through the Tenerife Auditorium website, at the box office or by phone. For the Sunday sessions, aimed exclusively at babies from 0 to 3 years old, the purchase is made exclusively through the box office, by mail box office@auditoriodetenerife.com or by calling 902 317 327.
Children under four years old do not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat. In Sunday sessions, the Auditorium may request a document proving your age. For organizational reasons, strollers or baby carriers are not allowed in the room.
The concert will take place in the Chamber Hall of the Tenerife Auditorium, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
