Games, nature, excursions and camping are part of a proposal for boys, girls and young people to learn, gain autonomy and discover everything they can experience as a team.. Next October 31 they are organizing a free Halloween party with an overnight stay to bring scouting to new families.
What if Saturdays became an opportunity to discover new places, make friends and dare to try different experiences? That is part of the adventure that the Guaxara Scout Group, a non-profit organization that accompanies boys, girls and young people from 5 to 21 years old in their growth through play, coexistence and contact with nature.
Its proposal goes far beyond having a good time. Through scouting and non-formal education, the group creates a space to learn by doing, share responsibilities, work as a team and discover the value of helping others. All this while living experiences that can become great memories.
Much more than games and excursions
Throughout the year, the Guaxara Scout Group organizes very varied activities: excursions, great games, creative workshops, cultural proposals, environmental activities, camping trips, camps and community service projects. Each experience offers new opportunities to explore, learn and develop skills that also accompany children and youth in their daily lives.
Respect, solidarity, responsibility, camaraderie and commitment are some of the values that guide its activities. As they grow, participants can take on new challenges, gain autonomy and develop their leadership capacity, always sharing the path with the rest of the group.
The activities are adapted to different ages and stages, from the first games and discoveries to experiences that invite young people to get involved, make decisions and contribute to their environment. Regular meetings take place on Saturday mornings, although times may vary depending on the scheduled activity.
Free trial to discover the scout world
Meeting new people, participating in team games, exploring nature and discovering new hobbies are some of the experiences that await you in the Guaxara Scout Group. So that they can see for themselves, the organization offers a free trial, an opportunity to get closer to scouting, meet other participants and discover if this adventure is for them before taking the step of joining the group.

A Halloween party to get to know the group

It will be a different occasion to get closer to the group, share an experience with other participants and learn first-hand about their way of living Scouting.
