The Cristino de Vera Foundation-CajaCanarias Cultural Space offers a new artistic proposal aimed at family audiences.
This activity, which is part of the educational project “Recrearte”, aims to publicize the work of creators of recognized international prestige and encourage artistic practice among the youngest members of the home.
On this occasion, they delve into the work of Claude Monet [Paris, 1840- Giverny, 1926], father of impressionism and precursor of avant-garde art.
During the activity, which will take place ONLINE, they want to publicize the artist's life and his most famous works and introduce participants to the most significant characteristics of impressionist painting. They will also reveal some of the painter's defining traits, such as his love and dedication to flowers and gardening.
At the end of the workshop, they propose carrying out an artistic activity related to its content, in which the boys and girls will create their own garden.
The online workshop - theoretical and practical - will be held on Saturday, July 4, at 11:00 a.m., through the ZOOM platform.
In order to access the activity, it is essential to complete the free registration.
Once the registration form is received, they will send the invitation to connect.
Recommended for boys and girls between 6 and 12 years old.
